HEAD on squid-cahce.org

I still have some minor issues with HEAD on squid-cache.org:

and also

config.status: creating Makefile
mv: Makefile: set owner/group (was: 1005/0): Operation not permitted
config.status: creating lib/Makefile
mv: lib/Makefile: set owner/group (was: 1005/0): Operation not

repeated for each file created by configure.. but a closer
investigation of this permission problem indicates this is due to
some problem with /tmp on squid-cache.org.. (mfs filesystem)

None of these seem to be fatal, still allowing the snapshots to be
created.
