Not sure how relevent this is, or what problems folks had, but I had
no problems getting squid-2.5.STABLE1-20021105 working with samba 2.2.6
with wb_auth/wb_ntlmauth/wb_group apart from having to compile using gcc.
Nothing was done with the winbindd_nss.h, and it is not the same as the
one that came with 2.2.6. This was on a Solaris 8 sparc system.
