Two patchs based on squid-2.5.STABLE1

squid-2.5.1-log_full_uri.diff:
    Add a configure instruction log_full_uri,
    if set it as 1, the requests full uri well be
    logged into access log file.

squid-2.5.1-auth_per_port.diff
    Add a new option 'noauth' for http_port instruction.
    If the port is set noauth option, It will disable
    proxy_auth check whether proxy_auth was setuped.

The patchs is based on squid-2.5.STABLE1.
