In what way is this different from the already existing
strip_query_terms directive?

And this is redundant with the "acl myport" directive, which in my
opinion is a more correct method of selectively blocking proxy_auth acls
from beeing matched, fully controlled by http_access in a uniform manner
regardless of what your criterias are (source IP address, proxy port,
time of day, destination sites, ...).
