squid3 PRE1 ?

Anyone got any changes pending for squid-3?

If not, lets branch PRE1 and feature freeze.

I'm aware of three bugs at this point:
#564, #576, and the diskd install bug in the squid-cache.org automake.

#564 may be fixed / invalid.
#576 I'll be looking into shortly.
