Strange things seem to be happening in my access.log :-( All entries have 000
logged as the origin server's status code:
1052996942.954 500 172.16.0.21 TCP_MISS/000 1707 GET
http://www.google.com.au/ - DIRECT/216.239.33.99
Mime types seem to be missing as well. Correct status codes show up if squid
generated them, eg a TCP_DENIED/403 for a client disallowed by acl rules.
And equally bizarre, some requests show the client IP as 0.0.0.0 but I haven't
figured out the pattern behind that yet.
