regarding squid bug# 879

Hi,

I'm trying to fix this bug, but I need some guide.
suqid log states:

Squid has attempted to read data from memory that is not present. This is an indication of of (pre-3.0) code that hasn't been updated to deal with sparse objects in memory.

My questions:

1) An object in memory is sparse iff a 'partial content' reply is received from web server?
2) Where should I start patching for support sparse objects in memory? As I can see from backtrace, squid realizes that data can be written to client, so it tries to fetch more data from web server, but, no data has been read.

Attached is the full backtrace (also in bug report), and header received from client.

Regards,

Gonzalo
