These messages are normal and indicate Squid has shut down the helper. If
this is a "squid -k rotate" or a "squid -k reconfigure" then there is
probably nothing to worry about and the messages is simply from the
previous instances of the helpers..

If you get these immediately on startup or no ntlm_auth helper
processes are running then there is some problem.
