wccpv2 md5 update

Hiya,

My WCCPv2 MD5 authentication work seems to work fine for me.
I think all the configuration sugar needed to define WCCPv2 cache services
is complete.

Here's an example:

wccp2_router 192.168.2.1:2048
wccp2_version 4
wccp2_forwarding_method 1
wccp2_return_method 1

wccp2_service standard 0 password=foobleab
#wccp2_service dynamic 80 password=foo
#wccp2_service dynamic 90 password=foo
#wccp2_service_info 80 ports=80 flags=src_ip_hash priority=240 protocol=tcp
#wccp2_service_info 90 ports=80 flags=dst_ip_hash priority=240 protocol=tcp

These seem to work fine.
