Squid does not handle HTTP 100 continue header

Dear Henrik,
I am facing a problem in an environment with and application which sends the
Expect 100 continue headers. I saw that squid does not handle these headers
according to RFC.
I came across a message in the squid-user thread which you have discussed
the issues and offered to help fix this problem in squid:

Unfortunately I did not find the patch you wrote for that as stated in the
thread. Was it really published.
I would be more than happy to test it in my environment.
