You are more than welcome to get your hands dirty in splitting and
isolating patches to make them suitable for merge.
epoll is being worked on by Adrian & Steven, but the other two is ready
to be merged once they have been separated out cleanly..
The connection pinning is found in Adrians "cacheboy" tree.
The external acl grace parameter is found in the external acl fuzzy
branch, or Squid-3.
When looking over the projects one more time I saw the
collapsed_forwarding patch. This is also good a candidate for merging.
There is also a Squid-3 version of this patch, but not very tested so
help with testing the Squid-3 version of collapsed_forwarding is also
appreciated to allow the feature to be merged in both versions. (squid-3
testing is mainly what is holding this back from 2.6...)
