I have just done some multiplatform build tests, after some fight
with IP-Filter on Solaris (like as usual ....), this the result:

Cygwin - OK
HP Tru64 - OK
Solaris 9 x86 - OK
Solaris 10 x86 - OK
OpenBSD 3.8 - OK
SGI Irix 6.5 - pending
FreeBSD 5.3 - pending
