Hi y'all.

I plan to spend all my saturday the 2nd september working on 3.0's
critical and major bugs.

(gawd, bugzilla search urls bite :) (http://www.squid-cache.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&short_desc=&product=Squid&component=auth&component=doc&component=Edge+Side+Includes&component=feature&component=lib&component=src&target_milestone=3.0&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&status_whiteboard_type=allwordssubstr&status_whiteboard=&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_severity=blocker&bug_severity=critical&bug_severity=major&emailtype1=substring&email1=&emailtype2=substring&email2=&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&votes=&chfieldfrom=&chfieldto=Now&chfieldvalue=&cmdtype=doit&order=Reuse+same+sort+as+last+time&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=)

I don't know how far I'll get, but I'm hoping to knock some of them into
shape.

This is an invite to anyone and everyone that would like to see 3.0 move
further along : come along and chat on irc - irc.freenode.net, channel
#squiddev, or email the list, though IRC is preferred. I'll help folk
get started on fixing bugs if they need context, or if you are an
experienced squid developer already I'll simply offer moral support for
the bug you are targeting while I work on a different one.

I plan to start this sprint around 1000 UTC+1000 (AEST for the UTC
impaired), and go until I drop, or my caffiene supplies run out.

On Sunday, I'll be doing the same again, modulo a commitment I already
have in the middle of the day.

Adrian Chadd will be online with me, from a few hours later.

I think it would be fantastic if we can do a follow-the-sun effort, with
Guido and Kinkie the italian team coming on later, then Henrik, wrapping
up with Duane in the US.

So come along at any time, there should be someone around to help you
with this.

If you are not a coder, but want to help see 3.0 get released, please do
drop by - there will always be things that you can do to help out - such
as helping test that the fix actually does fix it,or even trying 3.0 out
to see how it works for you!
