Neither. CVS access is recommended.

Tools you need:

* SSH
* CVS
* The cvsmkbranch script from the page above, is used for creating your
own work space in the CVS. Or you can ask here to have the branch
created for you.
* Editor of your choice
* C/C++ compiler

Suggested branch names for the two tasks is

acl_fileext

and

acl_urllist
