I have updated this report and assigned it to self. Please note that we
have already addressed most of the required cases. The latest patch I
got (and posted) is almost usable, but more work is needed.

The patch itself is too small to be a blocker, IMO.

My last comment, dated 2008-05-29, reflects the state of this feature
well: I was happy with the latest patch overall but was not sure about
one aspect of it (the STREAM_NONE socket state handling in
ClientSocketContext::writeComplete).

I am not sure I fully understand the meaning of all those STREAM_
states. The "stream" state checking code never made complete sense to
me...

If somebody else can review the latest patch now so that we can it can
be committed, it would be great.

I have worked on this in February, but the feature implementation is
still incomplete. I have documented the latest state and suggested the
way forward, but I do not plan to work on this in the nearest future.

If nobody can finish this important ICAP feature now, we should bump it
to 3.2.

Committed long time ago. I have now updated the bb state.

Thank you,

Alex.
