Okay, sorry to drop this on you after the fact but, umm...

 * That should have been --with-cap2 right? same as all the others ('lib'
being redundant and libcap2 being the official name for it as differs from
libcap and libcap-ng).

 * "--disable-caps" can drop entirely. It was only used by Gentoo so far
as I know and on precisely one beta release so far. I've earlier with Alin
that its okay to drop. It was only --enable to begin with due to Gentoo
(sponsors) having a number of packages where libraries are included with
--enable/--disable despite the autoconf guidelines.
