Early pre-HEAD patch testing

I'm happy to announce the creation of a new generic shared job
"3.ALPHA-patches" which accepts an upload patch file and applies it to
the latest 3.HEAD/trunk code before running a full portability test
sequence.

I envisage it being used as an alternative or addition to the merge
process policy requiring a local full test build prior to patch submissions.

At present this will only be usable directly by developers with build
farm access privileges. If you need an account setup contact noc@ or for
hudson usage assistance myself or Kinkie are the more experience (so far).

Datum:
  * It retains 2 days of builds. Easily altered if that is not enough
history to work with.
  * Being shared the latest will not always be yours, so remembering the
number scheduled would be useful in finding the results later.
  * Builds will take up to 4 hrs.
