SourceForge accounts are no longer a requirement for dev. If you wish to
use CVS the cvs.squid-cache.org read access is detailed here:
http://wiki.squid-cache.org/CvsInstructions

Contributions are received via email submission of patches on the
squid-dev mailing list.

Which means you can start immediately without any formalities waiting
for access :)
