SSL tunneling?

It seems that squid 1.0.1 tries to fetch secure pages
directly from the internet. When I request a secure page
through squid, I get 'non existing domain' from squid because I am
not directly on the internet. Is there a way to tell the daemon
to ask the parent cache for a CONNECT to the secured page ???

This would help me alot.
