Correction to my last posting:

What I meant is that Squid currently can't forward a CONNECT request
to another Squid server. This is not yet implemented, but I guess it
will be in 1.1?

The impact from this is that Squid can't be uses as a SSL tunnel if
it is inside a (non forwarding) firewall, or similar situations.
