If you don't want the cache to handle certain domains, you must
configure the browsers for that. (e.g. 'no proxy list').

If you want the cache to discard objects in your domain,
use the 'ttl_pattern' line, e.g.:

    ttl_pattern //utk.edu 0 0 0
