Use of Forwarded: by Web Servers

Can anyone tell me which, if any, web servers make use of the HTTP/1.1
feature 'Forwarded:' that squid includes in its headers?

A few different web servers are used within our organisation, but mostly
we use NCSA and Apache. We'd like to do access control by domain name
from the Forwarded: field, but from what I can tell neither NCSA or Apache
are able to.

Any suggestions?
