Files being cached past their expire date

Hi

We have a user who is having problems with the following URL:
http://www.mindspring.com/~mmcmain/waw.htm

This page is updated every few days, and our experiments seem to show
that squid is not handling the tags (neither the META tag, nor the
Last-modified tag). He got the page a few days ago, and waited for it to expire

He then restarted and got the page, and then got the file through
his bookmarks. In my logs, it registered as a TCP_MISS, but gave him the
older version of the page! The file in cache/XX/xxxno is the new file,
though :)
