If you are expecting the type of load that would warrant 4 Gb of disk, I
would definitely increase the memory. People doing multiple downloads of
large objects will eat into your memory severely. e.g. 6 people downloading
internet explorer from different mirror sites will eat 30Mb! You'll also
want more to get more memory for buffer/caching. 64Mb Ram would be much
better, it doesn't cost much these days really.

The CPU should be fine tho.
