Personally. I don't think it is a good idea to start.

There is a "Expires" tag under the HTTP/1.0 header.
It will be nice if web servers and webmaster should
start using it, if they know explicitly that their
content is going to expire at certain time.

It will save the amount of work and code to add this
AI facility. Of coz', a certain amount of AI will be
nice to manage the disk better.
