Many thanks to Christian Balzer (cb@brewhq.swb.de) and Stephane
Bortzmeyer (bortzmeyer@pasteur.fr) who responded within *minutes* of my
posting with the pointer to beta 19.

My first check of the Australian Squid mirrors showed nothing new ...
until I realised that Squid changes too fast for my squid.conf TTL rules

Given the (highly commendable) alacrity with which Duane posts the
latest and greatest versions, perhaps we should have a special,
streaming, non-cached transfer mode over UDP for Squid updates - like
RealAudio ...
