QUESTION: cachemgr.cgi password

hello squid users!

i get access denied when i tried to view cache stats on localhost:3128, in
the squid.conf file, i entered the value "cachemgr_passwd password info
stats/dns stats/utilization" then i did a kill -HUP `cat
/var/run/squid.pid` after 30 seconds, i tried again but i still get an
access denied error. what's wrong with the setting here? is there a way
that i can see *all* statistics without having to define everything in
squid.conf?
