no caching of domains

hi,
i use squid 1.0.22 on linux 2 on a 486dx4-100-machine.
in http_stop and local_domain i put in the domains not to be cached.
in my webserver-log there is still an entry for every request to these domains.
which flag must i use so that local domains will _not_ be queried by squid?
