If you look at store.log you see
852580724.533 RELEASE 200 -2 849519372 -2 image/gif 83474/83968 GET 9/GET/http://cctr.umkc.edu/user/dschmid/graphics/neon.gif
This object is released because the advertised content length does not
match the actual number of bytes received (83474/83968). Their server
is broken.
