syslog error messages

I'm getting the following messages via syslog. Is this anything to
be concerned about? The cache *seems* to be working fine. We have
two cache dirs (/cache1 and /cache2) and all the errors seem to be
for /cache2

Jan 6 00:06:46 bobdobbs squid[11438]: file_open: error opening file
/cache2/03/3F /000067E7: (2) No such file or directory
