Is not possible! squid runs http and WS_FTP uses ftp protocol. When you use
ftp through a browser, it's translated into http and squid understands what
do do.
I'm sorry for myself as this would reduce ftp overhead by our users as they
are 'ftp-ing' directly into the world.
