I agree that application/octet-stram is the best bet for default
content-type for ftpget.
1. ftp is usually for transferring binary files (or for offline reading)
2. text/plain is threated as text, and as such it may or might not be
saved exacly the same as the source even when the user selects save to
disk, depending on browser, operatin system and a number of different
factors.
