'cache_host' must be the hostnames of one of your neighbors
as defined in a 'cache_host' line previously in the config

e.g.

    cache_host x.foo.org parent 3128 3130
    acl ZIP urlpath_regex \.zip$
    cache_host_acl x.foo.org !ZIP
