anamime update - now studies content-type

Hi,

I've finished up the Content-Type support for my anamime script.
It can now analyze your Squid MIME headers to figure out the
average ages per Content-type, helping you out in deciding on
proper refresh_pattern's (I hope!)

I'm now trying out the Perl compiler to see if that could squeeze
out more performance from it.
