How does the "freshness" model of Squid work for FTP files given that
they don't have expires, and you can't issue an IMS request for them?
I assume that the data stamp on the file is used as the Last-Modified
time, and that once the object is stale it gets re-fetched. Maybe
setting the min time to a few days might be better for FTP objects.
