squid documentation 0.2

Hi Guys

Not that much change, but I have added another section. Please have a look
for spelling mistakes and the like. At the rate that I can afford to go it
will probably take about a year to finish :)

The added section includes recommended some hardware, and what to change
in linux to optimise squid.

I still need info on some other operating systems - FreeBSD, OSF etc.
You don't need to write it nicely - I just need the raw info... just drop me
a bare note...
