What is this list for?
I announce already every 4 hours and do not show up in the list. Are there some criteria you need to be
in the list?
The log files also states that it sends the announcement.
Beside this I am very lucky, when I get the list complete. Taiwan is in the 90% range of the list. After
Japan (50%) the list is most of the tries "finished".
The whois does also not work.
