Hi,
I am using squid 1.1.6 on IRIX 6.2. After a few days of uptime
squid died with:
Feb 14 20:38:38 1U:nvsgi1 squid[673]: comm_remove_close_handler:
Handler not found!
From my brief glance at the source it looks that list of active
connections got corrupted.
