I'm runing Squid as user "cache".. In the squid.conf file you can set the
logfile_rotate entry. If it's set to "0", logfile rotation is disabled..
The owner of the squid-process shoud send a "kill -USR1 <squid-PID>" to
start the process..
I'm using a script to rotate log-files but still have to send a kill -USR1
to let Squid use the new logfile..
