pop3

When trying to access my pop3 mailhost netscape communicator times out
and cannot find the server. I wonder if this is a principal problem.
My config:

192.168.0.4 Win95 box running Netcsape Communicator with proxies set
               to port 3128 (no socks)

    |
    |

192.168.0.1 squid server and ISDN router to the Internet
    |
    |
    |
137.123.45.6 pop3 mailhost
