Yes to me, too.

OK. lets have a look on the content-type-Header from that Server:

HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Server: Netscape-Enterprise/2.0a
Date: Tue, 11 Mar 1997 17:40:25 GMT
Accept-ranges: bytes
Last-modified: Sun, 16 Feb 1997 10:17:19 GMT
Content-length: 30269
Content-type: text/html

that IS HTML.

Hmmm. lets look at the source of that document ...

<HEAD>
<TITLE>computer-security/anonymous-ftp FAQ (HTML Version)</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<H1>computer-security/anonymous-ftp FAQ (HTML Version)</H1>
<PRE>
Archive-name: computer-security/anonymous-ftp-faq
Post-Frequency: monthly
Last-modified: 1996/7/16
Version: 3.0

&#60;HEAD&#62;
&#60;TITLE&#62;Anonymous FTP FAQ&#60;/TITLE&#62;
&#60;/HEAD&#62;
&#60;BODY&#62;
[...]

great. They have converted that document and quoted all the < and >.
You see the HTML Tags in the rendered version. But that is the
correct behaviour for that document.
