I'd also suggest for everyone to make a small change to cron.
~$ crontab -e
00 04 * * mon mail -s "Free: new sites to spam" \
-c postmaster@quantcom.com mailman@quantcom.com < \
/usr/local/squid/logs/store.log
The run time and log file's path may be changed as needed.
That will greatly simplify(for them) the task of finding new free
partners.
