Hello Everybody,
I am new to this list and just started using (read playing) Squid on our
server.
Everything seems to be working fine except one little problem with binding
ICP to port 3130.
I receive the following error:
comm.c:189: commBind: Cannot bind socket FD
18 to *:3131: (48) Address already in use
Address is not in use, as far as I am concerned. I even tried binding it
to different port but with the same results.
Squid version that I use is 1.0.5.
Any hints would be appreciated.
