cache consistency check

Hello,

My squid 1.1.9 is reporting insistently the following kind of messages:

Apr 16 11:21:31 gatekeeper squid[14384]: file_open: error opening file /usr/local/squid/cache/0C/A1/00004A1C: (2) No such file or directory
Apr 16 11:21:31 gatekeeper squid[14384]: storeSwapInStart: Failed for 'http://192.168.200.10/CTT/correio_urgente/cur_left_ems.htm'

Has anyone experienced this?
How can I force a consistency check on my cache files?
