Can anybody explain why squid 1.1.8 use primary network address instead
secondary network address even if secondary is defined in squid.conf as
udp_outgoing_address?

Sometimes, when child squid send UDP request to 194.85.46.139, it report
in cache.log the following:

97/04/28 10:52:39| Ignoring MISS from non-peer 194.85.46.133
97/04/28 10:52:39| Ignoring MISS from non-peer 194.85.46.133
