Squid

Hi,
I have a problem with configuration of squid v1.8. I don't want caching
every htm or html files from address pes.eunet.cz. I write to squid.conf this line:

refresh_pattern pes\.eunet\.cz/.*\.htm 0 0% 0
But squid cached everything (html, jpg, ...). What is wrong? That zeroes or syntax?
