ftpget_program set to none causes erro

Hi,

I am using Squid 1.1.10 and when I set ftpget_program to "none" in
squid.conf squid does not start:

Why this "FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 523: ftpget_program none"?

In 1.1.9 I had this option without having problems at all.
