Caching of /cgi-bin/ and '?' ?

Hi,

I tried to convince squid of caching URLs including '/cgi-bin/'
and '?' (just for testing).

Is it sufficient to delete '/cgi-bin/' and '?' from
cache_stoplist and hierarchy_stoplist? Or does an empty
cache_stoplist-line make squid switch back to
default-mode, which means that URLs with '/cgi-bin/' and
'?' are still not cached?
