SQUID AND WINDOWS NT

We use squid to access INTERNET (very strange, isn't it ;-) ?).
in fact, it's a squid hierarchy.

     INTERNET
        |
        P1 level 1
     / | \
    P2 P3 P4 level 2

For some reasons, a proxy from the level 2 might be on
windows NT.

What is the best choice for that case ?
What proxy on windows NT knows ICP request ?
