Regarding TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH for popular sites: I am getting the same behaviour
here running (old) Netscape 3.01. Especially: www.microsoft.com (Though I can't
explain why they are so popular ;-> ). Somebody else noticed or am I just
getting old ?

I also tried to workaround this by removing the handling of Pragma: no-cache
in icp.c. Success: Instead of TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH getting TCP_IMS_*. But:
Wasn't able to reload anything. (TCP_HIT even if trying to reload).

(By the way: Squid 1.1.13 under Solaris running here. No problems so far.)

Greetings,
